Louisiana Qso Party – 2016 Results

     The Louisiana Qso Party (LaQP) was held on March 19, 2016, with the Louisiana Contest Club (N5LCC.com) sponsoring the event. 

     Club station N5LCC, operated from the station of K5ER was once again the bonus station, active on all three modes, and passing out a 100 point bonus for all who worked us.

    We had 2 rovers this year, and they both earned a 50-point bonus for each parish activated. We appreciate their efforts giving out a large number of contacts with some rare parishes and making this much more enjoyable for everyone.

     The most active state, other than Louisiana, was Tennessee. The most active DX country was Netherlands.

     With WM5H out of town, KC5WA assisted K5ER in manning the bonus station and managed a score of - 49,692 points. Since its purpose was strictly to provide bonus points and increase activity, N5LCC is entered as a check-log and not in competition with other participants. The complete N5LCC log has been uploaded onto LoTW.
